How to check my TRACKING NUMBER:

We'll usually update order status AFTER 9:30pm on the date of post out and you will be notified via email when your order is updated with tracking number & other delivery information.


Notes of delivery:-

- Please expect the delivery within 5-10 days from the post out date anytime during  working hours.

- We can't promise the exact date & time of delivery as it all depends on the carrier's arrangement. Unexpected delays of delivery may occur occasionally by the carrier.

- Please follow up the delivery with tracking number provided on carrier website. if you still don't receive your order after 5 - 10 working days from the date of post out, You may contact us. Do not simply let the carrier return the package to sender even though you've provided the correct shipping address or other reasons such as; "I did not get any notice card from them in my mailbox when I'm not around", "I am at home the whole day but yet they claimed that the addressee not available on that day", "The carrier never call me to self collect it at their office after they've failed to deliver it to my address", etc.,

- We will not be responsible for any delivery problems or delays due to incorrect or incomplete delivery address given by customer. The customer shall be responsible for the cost to resend the package that is undeliverable & returned by the carrier service.


Order Status:

An email confirmation will be sent to you when your order is shipped. The email will include information and instructions on how you can track the shipment of your order online. If you do not receive an email confirmation after 48 hours (2 business days) of your order (allow longer if you place your order on a holiday or weekend), please email customercare@britney.kim and we will respond to your request right away.


Fee On Returned Parcel Due To Non Acknowledgement / Non Collection / Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Information:-

- Should your package be undelivered, carrier companies may require you to do self collection at their branch. This is a very standard procedure and normally you will be given 7 working days to collect your package. Please copy and take along your shipment tracking number if you need to self collect your parcel.

- If your package was returned due to non collection/acknowledgement, incorrect/incomplete shipping information that registered by customer or package refused by customer upon delivery, we do charge a FEE of USD15 -OR- 10% of the total amount purchase (which ever is higher) for re-shipping. Refund is not acceptable as goods sold are not refundable. We may take 1 - 2 weeks process time to re-post out your returned package.


Why my order status is still pending:

Why still no reply from us?

1. Have you checked your email spam folder?

2. Note: Our active online working hours for replying emails and updating payment & order status are from 9:30am to 4:00pm, Monday to Saturday.

Important: On non-active online working hours (after 4:00pm, on  Sunday / public holiday), we may NOT PROMPTLY reply emails, update payment & order status. Please do not repeatedly send / forward us emails asking the same question such as "Why my order is still pending?"


How is the packaging:

All orders are delivered in discreet packaging with no reference to content purchased.


Shipping time / When can I receive my order:

We post out orders within 1 - 2 working days upon receipt of payment. Standard delivery time is 5-10 working days via carrier service. We post out orders from Monday - Friday.

We usually dispatch / post out the same working day (Mon - Fri) if payment is received before 1:00 pm and shipping / tracking number will be given in the evening (usually, after 9:30 pm). Please expect the delivery within NEXT *5 - 10 working days. Order & payment that is notified, received or cleared after 1:00 pm, we will arrange to post out the NEXT working day.

- *We can't promise the exact date & time of delivery as it depends on the carrier's arrangement. Unexpected delays of delivery may occur occasionally by the carrier.


- Currently, we only use Fedex. We will not entertain any request asking to change to other carrier service.



Applicable for Return:

For faulty products, we offer a 24 HOURS REPLACEMENT WARRANTY, from the date you receive your product. We do offer a satisfaction guarantee on our product through our high level of customer service, we will always endeavor to keep our customers happy and satisfied.

- Please note: Standard postage fees apply to all return orders. Where the return relates to a faulty item, the replacement product will be sent out to you, at no charge, within 7 working days from the date we receive the faulty product.


Non-applicable for Return:

1. Customer changes mind on item.

2. Customer induced fault or damaged (eg, user's fault eg., malhandling, dropped, misused or improper application of products, ...etc)

Note, We reserves the right to conclude if the damage is induced by manufacturer or user's fault.

3. Check the package / parcel's condition before signing & receiving it. Do not receive it if parcel's packing is obviously broken, severely damaged with impact marks. We will not be responsible for any damages if the parcel's packing is obviously broken, severely damaged with impact marks found after signing & receiving from the carrier.

4. Incorrect storing method, i.e. in damp environment.

5. Any alteration done to product.

6. Dirt cause by food and drinks.

7. Any product returned with incomplete packing and accessories.

8. Tag was removed and worn item.

9. RETURNS will not be accepted without a Return Approval/Notification from us.



Deadline for Return:

Report immediately by email within 24 hours upon acceptance of delivery. Therefore, it's important to check your item(s) once you've received it. We will explain the return procedure through email within 7 days of reporting.


All manuals and accessories that come with the product must be included and returned back to us in their original packaging & condition. We'll get back to you within 7 days upon receiving the return products.


We reserves the right to conclude if the damage is induced by customer fault or not.
